Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-inch) prepared pizza crust
  • 12 oz. thinly sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
  • 2 cups grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 6 large eggs

Directions

  • 1. Preheat convection oven to 400°F.
  • 2. Top pizza crust with ham, onion and peppers. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese.
  • 3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until ingredients are hot and cheese is melted.
  • 4. Meanwhile, scramble eggs in oil in skillet on medium heat.
  • 5. Place eggs on top of pizza. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
