Maple Breakfast Sausage Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Maple Breakfast Sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 package (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2. Dice green and red peppers.
  • 3. Cut Maple Breakfast Sausage into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • 4. Lightly butter 8-inch glass or ceramic pan.
  • 5. Line bottom of pan evenly with peppers, scallions, and sausage, sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 6. Whisk eggs with half-and-half until combined.
  • 7. Pour egg mixture on top of ingredients.
  • 8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • 9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 10. Cut as desired and serve warm.
